India Bahrain Relations: At the 5th India–Bahrain High Joint Commission meeting held in New Delhi, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar delivered a strong message to Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani. Jaishankar reaffirmed India’s deep-rooted friendship with Bahrain, underscoring shared trade linkages, growing investment ties, and centuries-old people-to-people connections between the two nations. The talks also focused on regional stability, cooperation in energy and technology, and strengthening India’s diplomatic footprint in the Gulf.
